NM & Associates – RECEPTIONIST & ADMIN ASSISTANT

NM & Associates are a small architecture and urban planning consultancy based in Claremont. We are looking for an admin assistant to help with reception duties, general office support and finance administration that will include invoicing, debtors and creditors control, month end accounting, liaison with the bookkeeper, help in preparing tenders and updating of supplier data base registrations.

The position will require someone with a pleasant telephone manner, an outgoing personality, who shows initiative, gives attention to detail and has the ability to support and work with a busy team of professionals. The position requires the following computer skills: Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook. The candidate should preferably have their own car and a valid driver’s licence.

The starting salary will be dependent on the level of skill and experience. The start date is immediate.
